Merlin wanted to put Madame Tussauds back in the cultural spotlight.

We developed a primetime documentary - the first time the attraction had opened its doors to cameras - and secured a fully funded commission from ITV in a primetime slot. The Full Wax revealed the artistry behind the scenes, attracted over 2 million viewers in its first airing, and re-positioned Madame Tussauds as a modern barometer of fame.
